Enjoy a picnic lunch on the crater floor. Ascend and transfer to your lodge on the crater rim.

Lake Eyasi Cultural Experience

Ngorongoro to Lake Eyasi

After breakfast, drive to Lake Eyasi for a unique cultural experience. Spend the day with the Hadzabe bushmen, one of the last hunter-gatherer tribes in Africa. Learn about their traditional way of life, including hunting techniques, foraging, and fire-making. Also visit the Datoga tribe, known for their blacksmithing skills. Return to your lodge in the evening.

Tarangire National Park Safari

Karatu to Tarangire

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its large elephant herds and iconic baobab trees. The park's dry-season concentration of wildlife is among the highest in Tanzania.

Tarangire to Arusha

After breakfast, enjoy a final game drive en route out of Tarangire. Drive back to Arusha, arriving in the early afternoon. Depending on your flight schedule, you may have time for last-minute souvenir shopping before transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for departure.
